St. Michael’s House recognises that there are times when we do things well and we welcome compliments when this happens. Compliments are recorded and reviewed so that we can learn about what we do well.We also know that sometimes we could do things better and that Service Users, Family Members and members of the public have the right to complain if they are unhappy about something.In St. Michael’s House we aim to ensure complaints are taken seriously and are addressed in a fair, timely, confidential and transparent manner. We learn from complaints by reviewing them regularly.
