Some topics you can learn about is Healthy Eating, Happy Bones, Exercises and How to get up from Falls.
The first roadshow will take place Tuesday 1st April in Templeogue Day Service.
The second roadshow is on Wednesday 2nd April in Northbrook Day Service.
The roadshows will take place from 10:30am until 1pm each day.
