The Supported Employment team will deliver Manual Handling training to adults using St. Michael's House.
It will take place in Ballymun over two days on 4th and 5th July 2024.
Manual handling is when you use your body to move or support something. This includes:
- Lifting something up
- Lowering something down
- Pushing something
- Pulling something
- Moving something
- Carrying something
