St. Michael’s House are always keen to keep in contact with service users , families, friends, supporters and our fundraisers.

St. Michael’s House is committed to full compliance with the data protection legislation. Under the legislation individuals are entitled to a copy of their personal data retained by an organisation.

If you require a copy of your personal data please use the general enquiries email with a reference Subject Access Request. Once we can verify that the data is your personal data we will forward a copy to you. The Society may need to charge a small fee for this, in line with the legislation, if a cost is incurred.

SMH contact email address info@smh.ie is for general queries only. It is not acceptable that personal data or sensitive personal data (medical information etc.) is forwarded to this email address as it contravenes the GDPR principles around the aspect of Confidentiality and Privacy. Every attempt must be made to send information to the intended recipient by phone or email .
