Self Care Webinar - Finding Meaning & Positivity in your Caring Role
When: Wednesday 15 June at 12:00pm
About: Carers and supporters are invited to join in a self-care webinar focused on creating positives in carer's roles as they carry out the very significant support they provide their loved ones. This webinar will be hosted by St. Michael's House Psychology Team.

Chair Aerobics
When: Friday 17 June at 10:00am
About: Carers and their families are invited to participate in an online Chair Aerobics session. Join in with our aerobics instructor for a fun-filled and beneficial exercise session with your families and friends.
