An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Human Resources Department for a Senior HR Business Partner.
The post holder will work in collaboration with the current Senior HR Business Partner. The purpose of this role is to assist the Director of Human Resources and Organisation Development (Director of HR & OD) in developing a high quality, effective and efficient Human Resources function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Human Resources Service at operational level to management and staff across the service. The key areas of responsibility are Leadership & Talent Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Strategic Workforce Planning & Intelligence.
