Adults who attend our Castle day service in Coolock, Dublin 5, recently attended a group Bereavement Workshop.
Sandra, Wayne, David, Eileen, Mary, Angela and Jimmy discussed;
- Understanding grief and loss
- Mindfulness
- Self compassion
and lots more.
All agreed that that the workshop was very beneficial;
"It was hard sometimes talking about sad things but it was good to be with friends"
"It was nice to sit and think of the friends we have lost"
