St Michael's House Service User Forums play a key role in the planning process for the organisation to ensure the views of the adults who use our services are reflected in policy & future plans and are an important process in the implementation of our Strategic Goal 2 | Participation of Service Users & Families, in our Strategic Plan 2022-2026
