Following on from General Election 2024, St Michael's House CEO, Liz Reynolds, wrote to each elected TD in the greater Dublin area, inviting them to Ballymun HQ to meet and discuss the key issues facing people with disabilities, their families and carers.
Yesterday, Monday 20th January 2025, CEO Liz Reynolds was delighted to welcome Louise O’Reilly TD for Dublin Fingal to St Michael’s House HQ.
Joined by Director of Quality, Safety & Risk Donnchadh Whelan, they held a frank discussion on the current issues facing people with disabilities & their families, and the critical sustainability issues that are facing disability organisations including St Michael’s House such as funding, premises, transport and staffing.
