Recruitment Campaign 2025

St Michael’s House are actively recruiting Social Care Workers, Direct Support Workers and Staff Nurses for full and part-time permanent contracts. 

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled, compassionate, supportive multi-disciplinary staff teams to provide quality person-centred services and high standards of living to people with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Social Care Workers | Pay Scale €38,951 - €54,989

Social Care Workers work closely with the Social Care Leader in either residential or day service settings to provide person-centred supports to individuals promoting their independence and community integration.

“Every day is different.  I come to work to support individuals with disabilities to live their best life and that could mean accompanying someone to college, to a social event or even on a holiday.  I work with a team that supports individuals to be as independent as possible and to support them to achieve their goals” Eileen, Social Care Worker.

Staff Nurses | Pay Scale €35,919 - €53,851

Whether you are an experienced staff nurse or just graduated, St Michael’s House Nursing Team support staff nurses with professional development, career progression and a working culture where innovation meets compassion.  Nurses will also have the opportunity to apply for the enhanced nurse scale after four years qualified.

Direct Support Workers | Pay Scale €32,699 - €45,984

With opportunities in St Michael’s House Day or Residential services, Direct Support Workers promote, and support individuals realize their needs and wishes, and help them achieve their individual goals.
