Claire's Inspiring Journey at Darndale Parkrun
For the past year, Claire from our Northbrook day service has been an unstoppable force at the Darndale Parkrun every Saturday morning. Whether running or volunteering, she has quickly become an integral part of the Parkrun community, spreading energy, enthusiasm, and kindness to all participants.
Recently, Claire was proudly given the orange jacket for her role as Tail Walker. This important role ensures that everyone, regardless of their pace, has a safe and enjoyable run. Claire's commitment to supporting others on their journey, both literally and figuratively, makes her a true Parkrun champion.
And we cannot forget her loyal sidekick, Rommel! This furry friend is always by Claire's side, adding an extra dose of joy and fun to every Saturday morning. Rommel’s presence brings smiles to the faces of fellow runners and volunteers alike, making the event even more special.
