Celebrating Success | First CREATE Project Digital Skills Training Completed at SMH Northbrook

Issued 14 April 2025

CREATE Project

Congratulations to the adults at SMH Northbrook training centre who successfully completed the five-week pilot of a CREATE Project Digital Skills Training Programme.

The CREATE project initiative was designed to break down barriers to digital literacy, specifically supporting service users in confidently accessing and using the Health Passport (HSE) App.

The CREATE team would like to thank Northbrook for the enthusiasm, dedication, and engagement shown by everyone who took part. Their feedback has been invaluable and will support the project team shape and improve future versions of this Digital Skills course.

A special thank you to Ger O’Sullivan, IT Skills Trainer with ETB Ballymun, and Michelle O'Halloran, QQI Trainer at SMH Northbrook, for their support, expertise, and commitment in delivering this pilot programme.
