PPAL LEADERS - ARTICLEThe level of clinical support offered by each discipline varies and depends on the needs of each service user. By working closely with family members and frontline staff, these services are offered on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Clinicians also provide training programmes for families and staff.

Where a family is receiving a number of clinical supports, a service plan is put in place and a key worker is assigned to coordinate these services.
