St Michael's House Connect Programme is specifically designed for Transition Year students in secondary school.  It has been designed in collaboration with service users, students, teachers and the St Michael's House team.

FAQ

How will I be supported?

You will be assigned a designated SMH mentor who will support your TY placement.

 

How many hours do I have to volunteer?

We will work closely with your TY Coordinator to develop placement hours that mutually benefits you and SMH.

 

Where will I be placed?

With over 170 centres in the Dublin area, we endeavour to place you in your chosen area. All locations are easily accessible via public transport.

 

Will I get training?

An overview of our organisation & training will be provided for your placement.
